Every Hero Can Make a Difference

My cousin, Cinda loves animals, she saves animals off the roads, and works in a Chimp Safe Haven. She juggles school life, family life, work, and a home to take care of. She teaches young chimps, and raises them back to health, and yet still makes time for family.

My cousins’ life is not easy, she can always stop at school and a home, but she does her job to protect animals, and her family. She gets hurt on the job sometimes, but that does not stop her from taking care of the animals and doing her job. And she loves what she does.

My cousin works in a chimp rehabilitation and learning center, and rescues young animals. The chimps are not so easy to work with sometimes, they can hurt and injure you, yet  she still works through it.  Her team teaches these chimps to do many things, they use special learning and raise chimps to be strong and healthy.

My cousin has had some medical problems, recently she was in the hospital with a kidney problem, but she never let that stop her from helping. Family life is not so easy either, we always get together for family reunions and get togethers, and still she takes care of her duties. Even though it’s hard sometimes, she works through it.

I believe my cousin gave these animals a second chance at life. She cares for us, and takes care of her responsibilities. My cousin is selfless, caring, brave, trustworthy and saves lives. My cousin, is my hero. And every hero, can make a difference.
